Meet The Yell Leaders

Head Yell Leader
Howdy! I am a Senior construction science major from San Antonio, TX, and a member of the Corps of Cadets in Squadron 17. I am a first-generation Aggie who came to Texas A&M and knew nothing other than Johnny Football and the Corps of Cadets. After my first football game in Kyle Field and feeling the spirit of the 12th Man I knew that this was the place I wanted to call home. I followed my brother to the Corps and ended up getting into Squadron 17, and fell in love with the traditions that A&M has. As the Head Yell Leader I am thrilled to be able to give back to this university we hold so dear while striving to make a positive impact on all Aggies I meet. This is an opportunity of a lifetime that I don’t take for granted. I will aim to continue to show Aggies the importance of our traditions that set us apart and unite us all.

Howdy! I’m a Senior philosophy major from Arlington, Texas and a member of the Corps of Cadets in Squadron 3. Unfortunately, I come from a long line of t-sips, but my dad decided to come to Texas A&M and change the trajectory of my family’s future for the better. After an Aggie football game in Kyle Field, hearing the War Hymn, witnessing the 12th Man saw varsity’s horns off, and feeling the Spirit of Aggieland, I knew I belonged here. As a Yell Leader, I want to help all Aggies find their home through the spirit that unites us all, the Spirit of Aggieland.

Howdy! I’m a Senior political science major from Versailles, Ohio, and a member of the Corps of Cadets in Company D-2. It has always been my dream to serve my country by joining the military. Coming from Ohio, I hadn’t considered Texas A&M until I was fortunate enough to receive a scholarship from the Army. As a first-generation Aggie, my story begins my freshman year when we Beat The Hell Outta Vanderbilt! As the atmosphere was filled with the sound of tens of thousands of Aggies yelling, I felt a wave of excitement - a feeling like no other. Something clicked and I knew that I was finally home. From that moment on, I have felt as though it is my privilege, as an Aggie, to serve Texas A&M by sharing the Aggie Spirit. It is this very spirit that bonds all Aggies together, which is why I am honored to be able to serve this university as a Senior Yell Leader. It is my mission to ensure that every Aggie knows that Aggieland is their home.

Howdy! I am a Civil Engineering major from Marble Falls, Texas, and a member of the Corps of Cadets in Company E-2. I have been a diehard Aggie for as long as I can remember, but finally calling Texas A&M home has been a dream come true. I am a second-generation Aggie, but the first in my family to join the Corps. This has given me a unique perspective on the spirit and tradition of Texas A&M. Additionally, having the opportunity to serve as Mascot Corporal and take care of Miss Rev during my sophomore year gave me the chance to meet Aggies from all corners of campus. I want nothing more than to share the love and passion that I have for this great university with everyone that I meet. At the end of the day, we are all Aggies, and everyone has a place in Aggieland. By forming relationships and being genuine in every interaction that I have, I hope to help people find their homes here, as I have.

Howdy! I am a Junior finance major from San Antonio, Texas, and a member of the Corps of Cadets in Company E-1. As a first-generation Aggie, I came to Texas A&M after my dad, who, despite being a t-sip, encouraged my twin sister and me to attend. I quickly immersed myself in the rich culture and traditions that thrive at the heart of this university. My passion for service grew after my dad’s unfortunate passing due to cancer. His passing awakened in me the realization that tomorrow is not guaranteed, which fueled my mission of living a life of humble service. Carrying out that mission by serving the finest community in the world, the 12th Man is an incredible honor and joy! I will continue to foster the Spirit of Aggieland and leave behind a meaningful legacy that builds upon the core values that make this university more than an institution but an enduring legacy.
